I made these Roasted Asian Sweet Potato’s to serve with my Spiced Whole Roast Duck. I wanted to flavour the sweet potato with an Asian twist and these flavours worked so beautifully and were deliciously aromatic when baked. Sweet potato’s are readily available in a range of colours including white (15.9g Total Carbs / 100g raw peeled), purple and orange (14.1g Total Carbs / 100g raw peeled). As they are higher in sugars than other vegetables they caramelise beautifully when baked. Enjoy!!!
