If I could only share the aroma of this quiche cooking it would be on the menu in your house tomorrow. Even my 8 year old couldn’t resist a big slice for dinner. This Impossible Asparagus and Smoked Salmon Quiche incorporates two of my favourite ingredients, salmon and fresh Asparagus. It takes about 5 minutes to put together and about an hour to cook. So simple for such an incredible result.

This version of Impossible Quiche is my super simple, low carb recipe that is perfect either as a warm quiche or as a cold slice for the kids. It’s one of those dishes that can be served for breakfast, lunch or dinner. This recipe is so easy and the oven does most of the work for you. Just place the first set of ingredients in the dish, pour the second set over the top and bake. It really couldn’t be easier. I use my favourite Pyrex glass baking dish for this recipe and I never need to waste time greasing the dish, for more information on this see the My Favourite Kitchen Equipment page. I hope you Enjoy this recipe as much as we do!!!
