On this page I will be presenting some of the Vegetable based products that I use regularly in my Low Carbohydrate diet when in Ketosis. I will continue to update this page with new products. Some of these may not be available in your local area but I’m sure that you will be able to find substitutes. 

Dips

Cauliflower Dip

Really impressed with this new dip I picked up from Woolworths here in NSW. Wattle Valley has made this Roast Cauliflower dip with Garlic, Tahini and Chives. it is the lowest carb dip I’ve been able to find and it’s delicious at only 1.8g of total carbs per 100g. The entire tub is 150g so you can enjoy this dip without worrying. Great served with fresh vegetable sticks, it would also be delicious served with cooked mushrooms or on top of pan fried chicken or steak. Thankyou Wattle Valley. Give it a try!!!

Avacado Dip RS CC

Yumi’s Avacado Dip is the lowest carb Avacado dip I’ve found at 1.4g/100g total carbohydrate. It only contains 36% of Avacado however, with the highest ingredient being Canola oil. Available at Coles and Woolworths.
